Bottom Line

Many individuals were hoping for some extraordinary features from the latest offering by Kotak Mahindra Bank, especially considering the 10-month ban the bank previously faced. However, one of the first moves Kotak made after the ban was lifted was to devalue several of its credit cards. They have now launched the Kotak Solitaire Credit Card, which has also fallen short of expectations. The card comes with high fees and exceptionally low rewards, making it difficult to compete with offerings like the Emeralde Private and HDFC Infinia Credit Cards.
